I have a rain leak in my 1992 Previa, around the top of the windscreen, but I suspect the problem may be blocked rain channels. Does anyone have experience with this or know what to do about it. The garage seems not to know.

I also have a leak on my 1992 Previa, but it seems to be from the rear window surround . It looks like the previous owner has attempted to seal it, but it still leaks.
Is the best solution to get a garage to remove the window and replace the rubber/refit it?

Hi I had a new screen fitted a few yrs ago and mine started leaking like a sieve...
It took me ages to work out the the new screen had not bonded to the window opening properly
and you could actually push the screen out at the top on both side of the car.
So in the end i took it back to the windscreen company that did the job and found out they they
have a life time warranty for as long as you own the car.
So anyway they put a new screen in with genuine toyota surround and its done the trick..
I asked the fitter that did it was it easy and he said he didn't even know why he bothered using
a knife to get the old (new screen) out because there was nothing holding it in.
