Not so much a reshuffle as a bloodletting....
It seems someone had to pay for the lack of performance.
But getting rid of Norbert Kreyer? That's just silly. It's his engines that had been the one shining light for Toyota's F1 challenge. So next year, the TF105 will have a fantastic chassis and earo, but be deficient in the grunt department.
